Data protection

We have great food made from great ingredients, we try to be as ecological as possible. We also try very hard to know as little as possible about you, to bother you as little as possible and to offer you a top online experience in which we have to remember as little data as possible.

Data protection is a matter of trust and your trust is important to us!

We, i.e. numnum, only register your personal data that you openly provide and enter and we do not work with trackers or cookies for advertising purposes. A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your hard drive. As a rule, cookies are only used on our websites for anonymous, statistical evaluation and for improved user guidance.

Of course, we also have to keep some data.

If you have ordered something from us in the online store, our shop and order processing system registers a transaction and our shipping system registers your delivery address, and we logically need to have and keep a receipt for this. Your payment information will not be saved in your customer account and you will have to re-enter it every time you make a purchase. And if you want to be even more anonymous, you can shop online with us without a customer account - as a guest, so to speak.

We sometimes analyze data, but not you

It goes without saying that we want to know and sometimes also look up what content is clicked on and how often, how many people look at and click on our Facebook posts or how many people who look around our website actually buy something. Who exactly that is and whether you are among them, we do not know and are also not interested. Your data is pretty safe ... We protect the little data that we have about you with all our strength and up-to-date systems, which are regularly maintained with security batches and updates. We will never sell your data and of course only pass it on if it is absolutely necessary: For example, to the mail carrier, who ultimately needs to know where to take your order.

Do you want to have your data deleted?

You can of course delete your customer account at any time. If you are registered in our contact database but want to get out, that's no problem either. And if you want, we can also delete all e-mails that we may have exchanged for any reason. But that would be a shame.

Simply contact our data protection department by email if you have any other questions or concerns: info@numnum.ch

P.S. Oh yes, if we have been on the phone, there is nothing we can do, because memories cannot be deleted and we do not have any records.

We reserve the right to change the data protection declaration in order to adapt it to the changed legal situation or to changes in the service and data processing.
